Was having breakfast this morning. I am satisfied with the breakfast itself, but the staff has not really accommodated me the last few times. First, it hacked because I ordered my breakfast and waited a long time for it, even though I had ordered with a couple of people who were served by another colleague and ordered after me and sat down in front of me with their breakfast. BUT that was actually not the trigger for this rating! The lady named Ms. W. (short blonde hair a little stronger) certainly knows what it's about. When a pregnant woman, who I am, asks something about the ingredients in order not to consciously endanger the health of your expectant baby and this lady joins the conversation without being asked with the statement: “Oh, we ate everything back then, now everyone is pregnant sick! “(that was still the short version) says ... I was just amazed at how insolent someone can be! It only became clear to me in retrospect what was being said to me. It is up to each mother for herself how she has to feed herself and what she eats and what not. She is not entitled to make such a statement. Nobody asked for your opinion! I still can't get over it and have to comment on it. What an unheard of! Then another defense from the colleague that she applied the general to all pregnant women (even worse) is definitely not an EXCUSE for your naughty statement. She called me sick !! How brave !? I go to this bakery very often, but I haven't seen such an unfriendly, cheeky bakery saleswoman. I am just outraged by this statement!

Not enough staff? Long waiting times before or after work until it's your turn. Also relatively expensive with not outstanding quality.

Wanted to have breakfast with three friends ... it took forever until we had everything ... one saleswoman served us, two more just stood around instead of helping their colleague ... When the egg finally came, the cappuccino was already cold. 🤦👎

Good selection of different breads and cakes. I can only recommend particularly nice and helpful staff.

Super and good breakfast also recommended for the special breakfast and cake 🥧. Unfortunately, it is not possible to order the coffee in the big jug, only per cup. Take a look also recommended for shopping. Friendly employees are available to the customer, even if some customers do not know how to behave impatiently towards the staff or other customers.

This bakery is one of the best. You can taste the difference. From bread to quark balls. Staff is great too.

Good is the bread. It is not so good to have to wait forever for it, because 3 eggs have to be cooked before. Bread counter and breakfast preparation are urgently separated.

So chaos at eleven o'clock. One woman is serving the long queue at a snail's pace and the other prepares the breakfast menus. We stood for over ten minutes and were third in line. The friendliness leaves a lot to be desired. One has noticed correctly that the ladies do not like their job very much.
